13 year old rugby fitness preparation tips? - rugby circuit training
I am 13 years old, 5'1 102 pounds, trying to reach my best form, speed and strength for rugby in the winter (New Zealand) .. For now, I circuit training and speed training in the course that I do not have low weight high representatives of bench presses, jumping, punching bag, push-ups, squats and other exercises of high intensity, a good low protein, low fat diet rich in carbohydrates.
